Artist's Comments

DeKay colored with markers and used random photoshop brushes for the background.

There's this great artist on FA, Whiskeytown, who's got a species called landsharks end encourages people to draw there own/draw their characters as one. Reasoning for the octopus is because they all wear sea creatures for hats. This was fun to draw! And I might do a few more, probably ones with brighter colors like Benji and Delilah.

Haha, a landshark! I love it! That's quite the interesting idea, I'll have to try drawing some of my characters as landsharks soon.

Freakin' wicked, its been ages since Ive seen another shark based creature. The smile looks awesome and I like the tail/claws

That is really cool. The octopus looked like hair at first glance, then I read the Artist's Comments and looked at the bigger version of the pic to better see the octopus. Really cool.
